God Talks To Anna Conkey At San Diego, CA Tsidkenu Church 2019
Anna Conkey believed God told her to deliver a message to her church on Easter Sunday 2019. Carrying a 10-month-old baby, she walked into a San Diego church during Easter services on Sunday and threatened to blow up the building, according to police.
Church members tackled her and managed to take her handgun away before police arrived and arrested her. Conkey’s baby and 5-year-old daughter were both taken into protective custody.
“The female walked up on stage and made threats that she was going to blow up the church while waving the handgun,” the San Diego Police Department said in statement shared on Twitter. “Officers arrived on scene within two minutes of the initial call and took custody of the female.”
The handgun was later found to not have been loaded, and a sweep of the premises and the suspect’s car by bomb-sniffing dogs did not turn up any explosives, the police added.
