CITY: San Diego

A fire broke out in the riverbed behind several businesses.
A private citizen driving a water truck helped stop the fires spread as he poured water onto the fire.
Power lines were above the fire and may have been damaged by the heat.
SDFD got quick control and stopped the fire at approx 1/4 acre.
Fire crews are in the mop up stages at this time.
