Officers spotted a man wanted for a Domestic Violence incident walking along 54th St. When the officers approached, the suspect ran up a hill, screaming at the officers to kill him.
When the officers did not go up the hill after the suspect, the suspect came charging down the hill and attacked the 2 officers.
After a struggle where all three received injuries, the officers were able to get the suspect into custody. The officers had minor injuries and the suspect was transported to a local hospital. The suspect turned out to also have a felony warrant out for his arrest.
