Despite the planned limited reopening of San Diego ocean access and beaches on Monday morning, hundreds gathered for protests against stay-at-home orders.
Most of the protesters in Pacific Beach were not observing proper social distancing or not wearing protective facial masks.
Some were waving American flags and holding signs saying “COVID is a LIE” and “PB IS OPEN.”
