Join us as we explore Old Town San Diego State Historic Park in San Diego, California! We decided to stop by Old Town San Diego for brunch, and we’re glad we did! The atmosphere at Fiesta de Reyes felt like a trip to Mexico, nestled within the couple blocks of historic western buildings that make up the district of Old Town San Diego.

Just a short walk from Fiesta De Reyes you can find the Old Town Market, a very authentic feeling outdoor market showcasing souvenirs, papel picado laced walk ways, and even live music. We started off our lunch trip by stopping by at the Old Town Market, exploring a bit of Fiesta del Reyes and then sitting down for a great lunch at Casa De Reyes outside on their beautiful patio.

We shared one of their combination platters (chicken enchiladas and tamales served with rice and beans), chased it down with some drinks and then made our way back to the car, but not before stopping by to check out the historic Cosmopolitan Hotel.

We hope you enjoyed this short video! We wish we could have explored more but we had a fun-filled day ahead of us, but we’ll be sure to come back in the future. Like and subscribe to see what we’re up to next, we’ll see you in the next one!
