Tacos El Gordo locations include the flagship location in Tijuana, in addition to National City, San Diego, Temecula and Las Vegas. In this review of the Chula Vista location (689 H St), Jason tries the spicy pork adobada tacos and the spicy beef carne asada tacos — two of the best tacos al pastor on the Tacos El Gordo menu.
Tip: Vegetarians can order the cheese quesadillas loaded up with guacamole, cilantro, onions and their signature salsa! When you arrive, be sure to get in the right line. There are different stations for different tacos. Also, it’s cash only!
