The southernmost town on the coast of California has lots to offer visitors. The cozy Gaslamp Quarter is a historic district in the heart of the city that is lined with restaurants, bars and boutiques. The Martin Luther King promenade leads down to the seaport by Tuna harbor. In Tuna Harbor Park the ”Embracing Peace” statue attracts a lot of visitors as well as the neighboring USS Midway.
